• 7-18-2017 Yeah, they mean you tell yourself stories while you sleep. Next time you have a dream you don't like, back it up and make it go a different direction. After all, you are in control of your own head.

      I find it difficult to alter the path of nightmares. I have tried to "tell others" that the situation does not appear to be right and they usually ignore what I am trying to say, or I have "no voice." The best I can do in those situations is force myself to wake up and try to think of something else, so I do not slip back into the same scenario. I rarely recall exactly what was going on, just that it was disturbing.

      The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
