    well, fillings are THE BEST........I like jelly fillings IN DONUTS, , but my FAVE is CUSTARD, ......ESP. in creme puffs.............oh wait! custard is best in creme puffs but the creme are great in donuts......are y'all still with me? lol...........sorry, I got a little confused thinking about all those goodies!!!

      Sesame seeds are actually undigestable. They add absolutely NOTHING to the flavor - they only create texture. Useless. Sesame seeds go straight through the body. The body won't use them. Check your poop if you don't believe it. The seeds will be all over your poop completely undigested. The seeds can even get stuck in the colon and create problems for the body later on.
