I have known and been with enough "single straight white males" over the years I don't consider myself ignorant. Which doesn't stop me from pointing out tendencies I feel are destructive to them or to society.

CosmicWunderkind Maybe I I'm just thinking the one religious but I met suffering from contrived emotions to fill their own emotions and use you as a punching bag. I never said anything about destruction. All I remember is my oldest sister who dies young from smoking call my brother macho and he said I'm not macho. I'm male. Men and women have unbridgeable minds.

officegirl No - just different understandings and different contexts for some of the same things. Women are going to think more in terms of family and community, men more in terms of achievement. Not sure what you mean by religious. Contriving emotions and using people as punching bags will not bring you closer together with them but will more likely drive you apart.
