What to do when your best friend moves away?
I'm a freshman in high school and my best friend is amazing. She wears the same clothes as me, understands me, and we have all the same interests. I have lots of other friends as well and am not nervous about making new friends or feeling lonely like I have no friends. But she and I have been best friends for about 3 years and we always have a great time and we just get each other. She is moving in just 4 months about a 5 hour drive away. I'm going to miss her so much and I'm a tomboy and she is too so that's part of why we get along so well. And I'm just so sad and any help of how I can feel better or cope or anything would be appreciated!

My best friend had to move away for over a year and it was really sad for me, too. I just kept in contact with her via email/text and through online gaming.

you can always go visit her and when youre out of high school maybe you can move to where she is
