UK Dependant Visa?

I was born in the Philippines with a Philippine passport. I just move here in the U.K. 6 moths ago to study a degree in arts with a dependant visa. I'm living with my mom (a British citizen) who is forcing me to go back to the Philippines. I'm okay with going back,but I need to finish my degree course. What do I do? Can I become independent? I'm 19 years old.
