We would love a white Christmas and we never get one. Snow in the UK these days is virtually non existent.

We had a white Christmas two years running, 2009 and 2010. That's not really very long ago, is it? -

We didn't have a white Christmas and we've only had a little bit of snow so far this year.

Yes, it was nice to have a white Christmas but now we're half way through January and I've had enough of winter already. I'm a summer person.

I too am a summer person...I'd rather mow grass than shovel snow. -

Snow is rarely possible here. The last time we got a snowfall was January 21, 1962. My mother wasn't born much less I. The temperatures have dropped enough to give us icy windows a few times this winter, but that's the closest we've gotten. So white Christmases don't exist here.

We haven't had much snow, but I'm sick of it anyway. I don't like snow, I like warm sunny weather.
