what does it mean if a place has you doing a lot of paperwork for a job?
Ive been sending out tons of resumes online cause i got too much time on my hands and need a job and im not in school cause im on break. Last wk this place called me to talk to me about doing those jobs where you hand out samples in supermarkets. they sent me all kinds of stuff to fill out online and i took a couple of hrs doing that, then i printed out 32 sheets to bring home to fill out, all wk ive been filling them out and i just went to the post office to mail all this stuff like to sign for background checks etc., i also had to do this online course for food handling and managed to get a certificate somehow, i copied that and put it in with everything else, so did someone just hire me?

You can thank all the lawsuits and discrimination suits and whatnot suits they get slapped with for their needing to protect themselves.
