Activities that keep you busy. I know it sounds silly, but it works for me. If your career isn't fulfilling, try volunteering or taking up a hobby. Feeding the homeless last month, I was completing exhausted and the only thing I wanted was sleep and rest. But why avoid your sex drive?

officegirl Hi thank you. Not a matter of avoiding it but just rechanneling it when it is inappropriate to a particular situation. Yes I agree I focus on work and volunteering and my tasks at hand. Just was interested how others handle it.
