How can I pass a lie detector test when I am lying?

In the past in order to pass lie detection in a interrogation siuation. i always made sure my body was under stress. Thios gives all the wrong results.

The best i can offer is to shock yourself with electricity while taking the test with a battery in your shoe like the movie oceans 13. This can cause serious injury or death however.

i have heard from my grandpa who had to take a test that if you wiggle your toes during the test it focuses the mind and keeps your pulse normal. also before the test imagine scenarios in which you could be caught lieing but change them in the imagine to how you want yourself to be portrayed, when asked a question in the test recall the imagination instead of reality.

I'm a 15 year old, but before you skip over this, know that I am in college right now studying the Psychology of Human Truth. I know what I am talking about. The truth is, polygraphs are virtually useless. If any of you ever get the chance, interrogate someone who is being polygraphed by asking them obvious questions like, "Is your hair brown?" ones that are true about the person. Then have a very attractive female interrogate the same man with the same questions. His readings will most likely spike even if he is telling the truth. You see polygraphs read emotions. But, they can't tell them apart. Readings will spike under anxiety and stress, pain, fear, anger, and even arousal. That's why things like putting a tack in your shoe work. The polygraph reads pain as a "lying" emotion. We have been told that taking valeum before a test works.....

Tighten up your ass muscle when you are telling the truth and relax when you lie. All the detector does is measure blood pressure so the truth will look like a lie and the lie will look like the truth.

Put a thumb tack in your shoe and feel the pain. It will throw off the test results.

Practice lying like any other skill it requires constant practice the more you practice the better you get at it. The amount of practice some defence attorneys and politicians have some of them could pass the test lying on every question without turning a hiar.
