  • Coco-pops contain a lot of sugar, which is not good. But coco-pops on occasion is not bad, like anything else. I would suggest a whole-grain, lower sugar and salt cereal for breakfast on a daily basis.
  • If that was all you ate, yes. But having some on occasion and keeping it as a special treat is wonderful. Just make sure you eat plenty of fruits and veggies and whole grains at other meals.
  • Whose Coco, depends what she/he has eaten as to whether the pops are bad for you or not, then again all trumps aren't exactly good (apart from your own!) :)

  • Not regularly. They have too much sugar and are too refined.
  • I don't think anything is "bad" for you if it is taken in moderation. =)
  • Coco-pops are bad for you as a breakfast. Our bodies aren't meant to have so much sugar/sweetners first thing in the morning. There is a lot of research to say that the increase in Type 2 diabetes in adults is as a result of the increase in suggary cereals. If you want to eat them, better later in the day and not every day.
