It's only 'heroes'. You never use 'heros' that I know of.

'Heroes' is the only plural for 'hero'. The only time you would use 'hero' with an 's' added would be when you are describing something belonging to a specific hero - e.g. 'the hero's cloak'.

one is for a hero like Superman and one is for a sandwich. I think heros is for the sandwich and heroes is for Supermen.

It's always "Heroes", you would not suffix a word ending in "O" with "S", with the exception of "Chaos".
