I have a 1998 Chevy S10 Blazer with a battery drain problem. It isolated it to the circuit with the "RAP" fuse. Does anyone know what circuit that fuse is in?

In the repair manual rap is Retained accessory power. I have a battery drain problem and I found it to be the TBC truck Body Computer fuse.If I pull the fuse, the short spark stops, but the bazer don,t run well until the fuse is back in. I,m going to put a switch at the box under the hood to cut the power. I drains the battery in 7 days of no use.
