It all depends on how good the boy wants to look like a girl, but I'd say give a girl 2-3 hours & they could turn any boy into a passable girl. jk

aww how wonderful!!! another one wants to be a gurl-PERMANENTLY!!! go see a doctor and get hormones sweetii, then make sure you have a very understang gurlfriend help u with a new wardrobe, getting fitted for a bra, panties, dresses, etc. no pants are allowed anymore--don't be naughty and displease Princess. make sure you learn your makeup--yu'll look so cute!!!!

The trick is to make the boy wish (or at least allow) such thing. The other depends on skills and what you have - maybe it would take at least an hour i guess..
