This is a common problem. There is a 1 farad aerogel capacitor inside, that for some reason leaks out, and then the corrosive liquid damages the control circuit of the power switch on the mobo.

Try turning it on and off. If that does not work, I would recommend throwing it in the sink, turning on the water and killing yourself. IF your efforts fail, there is always a plan B- drive to Best Buy, or any other local electronics supply store, and purchase a Playstation 4 you uncultured swine. Thanks! Like and subscribe
