• Chronic Fatigue is a reason, as are many other illnesses. I would go to a doctor and tell them your symptoms. They may ask you other questions about symptoms you may not even realise are symptoms. They will be able to help you.
  • There are tons. Diabetes Either hyper or hypoglycemia I am not sure which. Depression, yes that is a medical illness. Anemia Mononucleosis Side effects from prescription or non prescription medications Narcolepsy Vitamin/Mineral defficencies The list goes on and on. If you are trying to diagnose yourself the best thing is to get a complete work up. Even then they may not be able to figure out the cause.
  • There are many reasons ranging from depression, to anemia, to chronic fatigue, to MS. Best get a blood test to rule out the most debiliating of these.
  • If you don't have a fever, heavy metal toxicity
