My BMI is Healthy.

underweight but i'm most certainly not. i'm just a small build.

What I don't like about BMI is it just calculates your weight vs height, without considerations for body fat. Muscle weighs more than fat so a 'muscular' person could have a higher BMI than a 'overweight' person but actually be healthier!

I am obese.I keep active but need to learn to eat more healthy.
