  • That's going to depend a lot on how you make your copies. If you're slapping the original on a scanner and using the copy function to print your copy out of the same printer, any difference will be negligible. (I suspect that the scanned copy will actually "cost" slightly more.) Otherwise, the only way to tell would be to do a cost analysis so you know how much your laser-printed copy costs and how much your photo-copy costs. There's a lot of variation in what different toner refills cost.
