It was built by Iron Man. The first thing it did was spy on Spider-Man and log his abilities. I came with 3 mechanical legs that were retractable. It had a onboard supercomputer like Iron Man's. Stealth mode which enabled Spidey to become invisible. I can't think of anything else off the top of my head, but it had a lot of little gadgets.

It's bulletproof and fireproof. It has a supercomputer built in to enhance his already superhuman strength. He can go invisible, or change it to look like any other spiderman custome (Symboite, Original, Scarlet Spider, etc.). It also had an override where Tony Stark could control him if he went rogue, but he overrode the override.
