  • 4 oz is supposed to be a portion but most people eat more than a 4-ounce portion. The school cafeteria says to feed 50 students you need 25 to 30 pounds and if you're feeding a hundred students you need 50 to 75 pounds if you're feeding adults that could vary are you feeding men women and children? Bone in, or boneless? Is it a buffet style or will you have someone serving? There are a lot of variables to consider.
