No. It'll pretty much always be the temperature of the rest of the body, which will feel at least slightly warm relative to the ambient temperature. It will uncomfortably dry (to both parties, but especially to the lady) if you haven't sufficiently exited her beforehand. Don't skimp on the foreplay.
