Go to youtube and pull up instructions for relaxation using deep breathing. I use it for relaxing to fall asleep, presentations, flying, dentist appts and pain control if i hurt something at the gym. It works exceedingly well and can be done in 3-5 minutes. All you have to do is practice. Something else you can do when studying is set the kitchen timer. Give yourself 50 minutes to study then break for 10 walk around, potty break, get some fruit and water but move. Then reset the timer for another 50 minutes. Cuts down stress by 50 percent. If you learn to do breathing you can spend 3 of those minutes deep breathing.
