Not just girls. lol
-
I don't know how many do that but it sounds eminently sensible......if you have nothing to hide why worry!?
-
Right, not just girls. I think it's a sensible idea also. Not to dig up dirt but to see if there's anything bad or good out there. My wife waited 5 years to marry me so the she could find out for sure that I didn't appear on America's Most Wanted. :D

I'm sure that a lot of people do that, but I have never been one to engage in this conduct. I would feel weird if someone googled me, so I hold back in respect of others.
-
I would, not to "dig up dirt," but to find out all I could.
-
It's definitely true. I for one, think it's a bad idea to do that. I believe in meeting someone in real life. I think if we were judged by what's on the internet about us, it wouldn't do us justice, even if they found good stuff about you. Nothing can substitute for actually meeting someone.

I think both guys and girls do this. It is information which is out there in the public domain so what's the problem?
-
maybe but I'm sure guys do that with a girl too
-
i do - why not?
-
Some girl told me that all girls do this but of course they dont admit to it.
-
i do lol
-
I certainly hope so. I mean, at least check to see if he's a registered sex offender. It's just sensible to do so.
