legally, huh? that narrows the possibilities!!! exercise, don't plan something 24.5 hours after you always go to bed, don't eat heavy meals but something light low in carbs, no turkey, exercise, do exciting things to capture your attention, use stimulatory activities (loud music, roll down the window in the winter, pinching, smell rotten eggs?)! i'm not sure about OTC herbals and supplements.

if it were possible, don't you think more people would have survived on Elm Street? :) there's only one thing that can make you stay awake for days... however, it just so happens to be illegal. just take a powernap, or cold shower or something.
