Geek Squad is good, they charge alot though. If your asking how i deal with a computer problem, i deal with them myself, i am a system admin, i can handle almost any computer problem, including building systems that you would be amazed at.

If I have a computer problem, I can usually fix it. If I can't, I learn how to fix it.

A guy at the library named Don. He knows EVERYTHING and is really nice about it. I never feel like he is condescending, and I never feel like he is annoyed with me for wasting his time.

If I have a problem with one of my computers, I will look online first to see if there is a solution to it. If that doesn't work, I know a few guys who work in a computer store where I've got work done before.
