Actually it is apricot seeds. It is processed into Vitamin B17. There is some controversy about the dangers because of the cyanide in the seed. see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0PkVTYKNos

I know that apple seeds contain arsenic, a poison. Maybe all seeds do. Take enough and cancer will die along with the taker!

Thinker The arsenic molecule is tightly locked in the other molecules present so it would take a ton of apple seeds to cause any problem but probably not from the arsenic. See the site I listed above for complete information.
