Doubt it but you can get public intoxication easily

Not in Ohio. In Ohio, it's "any vehicle." And a skateboard is a vehicle per the definition.

I don't know, but in Davis, CA you can get a BUI (bicycling under the influence)! A hypthotheical SUI (skateboarding under the influence) wouldn't be that different.
-
i dont think dui, but likelier public intox

That would be a PI. You'll go to jail no question.

Good chance. I know people who have gotten DUIs from riding bicycles.

No. driving under the influence only involves a motor vehicle. The human body does not qualify as a motor.
-
depending on the state if you are on a public road in the bike or skateboard lane you can be cited, however I don't think it is actualy called a DUI
-
i guess it depends where you live... in pa you could

In Ohio, yes. You have to look at the definitions in the 4511.19 statute, namely "operating" and "vehicle." Ohio's DUI law covers any where in the state. I once pinched a guy on his lawnmower in his garage. Even got a guy on a bicycle, once.
-
No. law states it must be a motor vehicle and/or required registration for your state. Public intoxication is the only charge.

Only if you're Bart Simpson.

Yes. Where I live you can get a DUI on a skateboard, bike, rollerblades. Anything with wheels. You can also get ticketed for failure to make a complete stop etc
