Shapeshift is the term for when (for example) a person turns into a werewolf, or back to a person. It's a physical transformation. (I'm not getting into whether this happens in real life or not.) Morph is a computer animation term for creating the illusion of (for example) a person turning into a werewolf, or back. It means creating an animation to make it LOOK like one thing has transformed into another. "Morph" comes from "metamorphosis," which is a magical transformation (like shapeshifting). So a morph is a computer representation of shapeshifting. Of course a morph doesn't have to deal with living things. It could be a cardboard box changing into a rock. So a morph can represent more things than shapeshifting. But I think you get the idea.
