I wouldnt think it would harm plants too mcuch if at all. I know you can spray soapy water (as in dish detergent and water) onto leaves to rid them of aphids, so a little bath water (cold of course), shouldnt do much damage. Unless you have delicate plants...

Soap is better than detergents. Are you planning to do this on a regular basis or just occasionally, ie is this a plan to use greywater for irrigation?

I've used it when on a water meter so long as it isn't too soapy, try on a small part of the garden first, but people often spray plants with diluted washing up liquid to kill aphids. Don't use on edible plants.
