Don't have one. I enjoy all types. Cheese was one of my favorite things about France. After a nice meal they would come out with a cheese cart with about thirty different types of cheese. I tried all kinds and liked them all.

President Emmental. I had no idea swiss-like cheese could taste so good until I tried that stuff. Even better than my former favorite, extra-sharp cheddar. Cheddar - my favorite go-to is Cracker Barrel extra sharp. Some of the higher-priced extra sharps are even better...but IMO not so much better than they're worth the price. Runner ups: Cabot and Kraft extra sharp, which are both variable in flavor (sometimes nearly as good as Cracker Barrel, but other times sour-tasting).
