In all honesty, I think it is because how women behave now. I was taught to be a lady and allow a man to pursue me. Women now tend to flaunt their asses and boobs to get attention. A man doesn't even need to work to get attention. A lot of men have lost chivalry, which is a shame. Us decent women with shame and class are more for guys that have good taste in women and won't settle for easy. FLIPPER66 has the right of it. Basically, many if not most women spend their late teens to late 20's (at least) giving men the emotional beatdown. By the time men reach their early 30's, most of them are emotionally defeated if they're still single. They've learned that approaching any given woman will not be worth the effort, and are too gunshy to risk more rejection. So the good women out there are lumped in with the bad. I had a good _15 years_ of brutal treatment from women. I finally met someone who treats me nice (I'm 36), but it wasn't easy. Men are very vulnerable in relationships and are easily hurt. The exception are "players" who don't care and hence can attract women easily. So... get out there and YOU do the leg work for a change. If you see a guy you like, GO OUT AND GET HIM. Chances are he's been beat around like I have (especially if he's older) and is just waiting for a little bit of TLC and honesty. Good luck! :)

Guys are getting increasingly cowardly, thats for sure. I'm old school, I'll walk right up to a girl and talk to her with no problem if I feel like it. But I think the reason guys don't do that as much is because A.) Women have gotten more aggressive, so guys feel like they can lay back and eventually a girl will talk to them. B.)
