No, I like to eat a lot, but I just can't gain weight.

My wife tells me so every day. She eats healthy, baked chicken, brown rice, salads and vegetables. I like bbq ribs, cheeseburgers, fries, sodas, cookies, ice cream. I eat her way more than she eats my way. I eat her way and then eat my way after supper. Since I don't smoke or drink anymore, eating is one of my remaining vices.

Yes but I struggle with that and I know I’m not alone with the struggle of changing eating habits. It can be easier said than done. I am aware there are some people who eat healthy and they don’t have struggles but they should understand not everyone eats the same way as them. I think it’s ok to treat yourself now and again to something like a piece of cake or some sort of junk food. As long as it’s once in a blue moon it should be ok.
