I only find that squash quenches my thirst.

juice or water Tea has caffine, which dehydrates the body, and soda usually has sodium which dehydrates as well.

Strangely enough Korean barley tea seems to quench my thirst the most.

Water is #1 and decaf. Iced tea is #2. Soda and juice just tend to make me thirstier.
