I don't think the screaming could get much louder than when I saw the Beatle's perform live in the 60's!! It was deafening!! Needless to say, the music was fantastic.

I recently saw Slipknot and they were LOUD, but the best concert sound is the Killers at the Staples Center (which is a hard venue to get good sound)

The loudest concert or band I was ManoWar there a heavy metal band from New york that I saw at a rock club La'mours no longer there,but the singers voice Eric adams was deafening where it trew your equilibrium off for a week! The best sound was Rush at Radio city music hall on the R30 tour the sound was mixed very loud but they sounded crystal clear and played with total perfection.:)

Godsmack to both questions, but that's just because the venues that B. B. King has played at in my state, either the sound guy was bad or the acoustics were bad.

Def Leopard back in the 80's. I was partially deaf afterward until the next day.

Duran Duran was the loudest but the Eagles, Hell freezes over was the best.

the loudest ive ever heard was probably queens of the stoneage. the best sounding was definitaly nine inch nails

Loudest? Def. Winds of Plague, but the venue was about the size of a one bedroom house. Best sound? Avenged Sevenfold, hands down.

I think the loudest was Metallica...but by far, the best sound i have ever herd live was RUSH.the blew me away by how good they did. note for note accuracy, no mistakes that i noticed, the never missed a beat.

Loudest: Rammstein. I think it may have been due to the explosions, though.... Best Sound: Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Mahler 5. Is that cheating? Runner Up: Muse. It was amazing.

Only attended 3 concerts in my lifetime, first was James Taylor, other two was Elvis Presley (my favorite).
