The only thing I know bad about them Is the dressings, especially If their "loaded" with grams of fat =)

Yeah I know =( I switched to a light/reduced fat dressing when I realised I was eating too much of it, but it just doesn't taste the same does it?! Ceasar salads are dead to me =(

I can't imagine why. They may have a bit of fat and cholesterol due to egg, cheese and oils but not much - and the salad shouldn't be swimming in dressing. So these factors shouldn't be all that significant. Certainly way less than a burger, pizza or even a chef's salad. Also, some non-traditional variants these days include all kinds of things not in the original - so if you add fried chicken and bacon bits then all bets are off :-) +5
