If for me-Pour and taste test until it is just right :o) If it's for someone else, I pour until it looks right-I know whether they like it weak or strong. I haven't gotten any complaints :o)

I pour until it looks right, count to three, then stop pouring. lol :D +5

When I was a drinking guy (prior to quitting in 1970), I would follow directions exactly, then I would "add or subtract" later on, to suit my individual taste, as needed.

You always measure, you should only pour if you know how much your pouring, here's one of my favourite classics Jellybean Ingredients 9oz high ball glass 30ml ouzo 15ml blue curacao 15ml grenadine top up with lemonade Method Build over ice. Swizzle stick and straws, red chery droped in glass. Acool liquid confectionery. droping blue curacao and grenadine into cocktail after presenting to the customer gives a swirling lollipop effect.

If you know WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE when it's mixed RIGHT, yes. Otherwise, looking good has nothing to do with tasting good.
-
I used to work in a cocktail bar so measure automatically, its all down to counting you know looks good though! :>)

I just pour and hope for the best If its not the best Ill drink it and start over lol

I always use a jigger to measure. Force of habit and certain drinks need just the right amount of a liquor.
