Why am i having such bad luck with dating? It seems like every guy i date leaves me for someone else, stands me up, or decides I am not his type. I am getting really frustrated and ready to give up on dating all together.

I really couldn't tell you because I go through the same situations myself. But I do understand where you're coming at. Everyone keeps telling me you'll know when the right one comes along, but I gotta be honest, I'm not really sure.

It's an inside job, honey. You have to do some soul-searching and figure out what you are doing to attract this behavior. I'm being totally honest with you. You may get some cottony answer like "it's not you it's the dumb guy" and that's not actually all true. We attract what we feel. If you feel you are worthless, you will attract someone who will help you feel more worthless. The opposite is true too. Think of all the ugly girls that have fine guys. It's a matter of confidence and self-love. First do the soul-searching; next try not to be desperate, over-eager, or too cool or aloof. Find out what you have in common with others and stick to that. Listen to people but don't forget to contribute to the conversation. It's not all about them; it's about both of you. Also, try to do new and different things. Get out side adn ride a bike, skate, walk in the park, walk your neighbors dog, etc. An active girl is an attractive girl.

Im sorry sweetheart... But when you are hungry...sometimes it takes trying everything before you know what you really want in the first place. The when you find it... You are usually too full to enjoy it anyway. You are young... Take your time and relax. Love comes all on its own... it isn't something you can call to you or force.

take a time out and examine the choices you have been making...are you choosing men that are able to give you what you need? are you clear on what you need and want in a relationship? are you clear on what you bring to the table and what would compliment that?

Depends on the vibes you send out and what you inspire in the man. If they don't feel comfortable with you as in you are too tense or too anxious, then it can be problematic. Try to relax and be relatively neutral in how you approach things on the first date to get a good line on what the other person is all about. I find this works for me :-)

Take some time and get some perspective on this prettymel. The right one hasnt come along yet. You are still young and have lots of time to make mistakes. Making mistakes is all part of life. Each time these things happen to you its a learning experience. It's not because of you its because some of these guys you are running with are not looking to be in a committed relationship at such a young age. In time, you will find someone who will sweep you off your feet. Dont lose hope. Just be very choosy about who you decide to let inside your world. deep breath.....exhale....deep breath exhale.....its all water under the bridge.
