  Sticky Situation I want my eyebrows tattooed and a friend of mine does this for a living. Problem is I do not want to use her, I have seen some of the brows she did and I know I won't be satisfied.   I am currently studying at a 4-year university. I have a 4.0 GPA and by the time I transfer I will have a 65 credits (most of them will not most likely not transfer because I am at a private university). I am trying to transfer to the south but I can not afford out of state tuition, where can I go that gives good scholarship where I can study for 10k/year or less?

We're broken up now and my friend still comes around but he dosnt seem like a real friend he says I would never do that, and then bragged to me the other day about how he hooked up with a chick who has a boyfriend.
