You don't produce milk as such while pregnant, the fluid that comes from the breasts is called colostrum, after the baby is born the real milk comes through after a few days of the newborn drinking colostrum. Colostrum varies from woman to woman, with my first child I starting 'leaking' colostrum at 19 weeks pregnant.
