Mine isn't quite a scar yet as it is just healing up. I had a quarter inch diameter steel spike driven 3-1/2 inches into my thigh about 10 days ago. I wasn't walking too great for a few days there but it's getting better and my leg isn't purple anymore. I'm sure it will leave a nice little scar though.

3 years ago while cooking the thanksgiving turkey, a maniacal oven door jumped out and caught my bare shin. It deliberately and knowingly had a raw sheet metal edge that tore a big flap of skin open. Wicked evil oven.

Chicken pox in high school caused my last scar. I was in the eleventh grade and got chicken pox for the first and hopefully only time. I still have the few scars on my forehead from them with one that I am self conscious about because it looks big to me even if it is a 1/4 smaller than a penny or a dime.
