I did, but not in my traditional way (which is usually 30 minutes of yoga, and an hour of weighted jogging/walking). Today I carried around several bags of groceries and three gallons of water, up stairs, etc.

A 30 minute cardio, 100 of two different types of repititions with 3lb weights, 40 leg lifts, 40 crunches, Ashtanga & pilates. About two hours.

Weight trained my arms and legs at the gym for 20 minutes. Then did 3 miles on the elliptical. I spent 45-50 minutes working out.

i did about 30 minutes this morning, a mix of cardio,weights,abs,and a little stretching. in the evening i jogged a mile. i just started this routine a few days ago, do you think ill lose weight or is it not enough?i hope its enough cuz i gotta drag myself off my fat lazy ass to do it! lol
