The Tornado! That's the scene I remember most! The special tornado effects hold up for me 70 years later. I still get chills. ( After that, it's most definitely Margaret Hamilton as The Wicked Witch! OOo, Baby! She is terrifying! Excellent! )

Personally, I like the Wicked Witch of the West, but that was only after I was introduce to Wicked. Also like Toto he's adorable! And I like Dorothy and the Scarecrow.
