Well, I insist on walking to my car. And I roll over when taking a nap even if I don't need to. I even do the dishes even when I have some that are still clean.

Exercise, eat the proper diet for oneself, breathe properly, get enough sleep, take nutritional supplements, take all medications as prescribed without skipping a dosage, encourage your sick friends/family to cover up their mouths and or noses while sneezing/coughing so the rest of you can stay healthy. Wash hands thoroughly with SOAP and water (singing happy birthday to yourself under your breath to clean the hands the appropriate amount of time). Good question my friend!

Limit foods high in cholesterol and increase foods in your diet that contain good fats like omega three, it's good for the brain. Limit foods high in sugars to keep triglycerides at bay.(part of cholesterol level) Meditate.
