I have 2 Windows XP Operating Systems loaded on my PC and wish to remove one. Can you provide a step by step procedure to remove the 2nd Operating System?

Is the 2nd OS installed on an entirely different hard drive, or is it installed on a partition? I'm not so sure about this, but what would happen if you just deleted the partition that's got the 2nd OS installed on it?

How do I remove Windows Vista from a dual-boot installation and restore the Windows XP boot loader? Enter the following command at a command prompt , substituting the letter of your drive for <d>: <d>:BootBootsect.exe –NT52 All You can now delete all system files from the volume containing the Windows Vista installation you no longer plan to use.
