My hubby and I have a deal...whoever cooks, the other cleans up and does the dishes. Works for us!

I use tin foil wrapped over a paper plate and drink beer from the bottle...no dishwasher needed. "Cook" would be me...provided you define "cooking" as dumping frozen meat on a foreman grill and walking away until it stops making noise (to tell when it's done) or dumping fries or tater tots into a deep fryer 'til they float.
-
Me:( on both counts

-
Marie Callendar is the primary cook, with Mrs. Butterworth and Aunt Jemima filling in on weekends. The dishwasher is General Electric. He does a good job but he expects you to salute him when you pass by.

My boyfriend is the cook usually... except he cooks all day at work, so sometimes we just fend for ourselves. If he cooks, I clean, otherwise we do out own dishes so that they do not sit in the sink and get crusty.

I live alone. I am the cook and I hand-wash dishes, since I do not have an electric dishwasher.

The same person, since βIβll cook if you do the dishesβ is always a horrible deal. You cook you clean. I cook I clean.

My GF cooks and I am the dishwasher.
-
