May be you should go to the doctors and get some advice , my friend felt like this and it turned out to be a health promblem also try getting lots of sleep and eating properly this may help !

U should probably go see a doctor...but usually they give u antidepressants which make u even more out of whack, so..... go to counseling. Counselors are more likely to help a person out of their depression than antidepressants. hope this helps u.

Get enough sleep to repower your brain to think clearly. https:// sleepfoundation.org/excessivesleepiness/content/the-complex-relationship-between-sleep-depression-anxiety Exercise. At the very least walk. Walk around the block 3 times. 1 mile = 12 blocks. Do it in 15 minutes and thats a healthy work out.
