Slow Comfortable Screw Up Against A Wall Drink Recipe Ingredients to use: 0.25 oz. Galliano 3.0 oz. Orange juice 0.5 oz. Sloe gin 0.75 oz. Southern Comfort 0.5 oz. Vodka Directions: Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Fill a Highball glass almost full with ice cubes and strain drink into Highball glass.

The movie was "Doc Hollywood", I guess. It's a cocktail and it's named according to the ingredients. Screw is a short for screwdriver, that is orange juice and vodka, slow stands for sloe gin, comfortable is Southern Comfort. "Up against the wall" adds Galliano and the twist in this case is Grenadine.
