Beat them with the rolling pin.
-
I guess that depends on how I liked the taste.
-
Natural politeness would temper my reaction, but they wouldn't get another invitation.
-
No one is allowed in the kitchen when I am cooking. It's an efficiency and safety thing.
-
I would taste it... then if it was a true improvement, thank them. If it wasn't, I'd stab them with a ladle!
-
Depends. If I was making something unfamiliar or for the first time I may welcome it but I would want to know what they added so I could learn. If it was something I was already good at then I would ask them to not add anything before letting me know.
-
Tell them to get the hell away!
-
My husband does that often while I am cooking. I thank him. He is a much better cook than I am. He never does this while I am baking though. He just loves my grams old recipes.
-
LMBO!!!!!!!!I don't use very much salt, I let people put the amount they like on theirs. My 16yr old is my food critic I tried a new recipe last night. She tasted it and said.."It's NOT gross" Hahahaha Lucky for her I like kids!!!!!! LOL
-
I would say now u finish it im done
-
I would thank them for taking over and go relax somewhere with a book :)
-
Stab them in the eye with a fork, I'm cooking get away!
-
spank them with a wooden spoon, but then after I taaste it and it's delicious, I'd give them a huge hug and a smooch!!!
-
if I am cooking, then I will do the adjusting. Everyone in my house knows the rules....hungry?
-
I'd feel violated and probably ask the person not to do that to my food....please.
-
I season to a point but when my daughter comes over I let her add so we can try new things. I enjoy teasing her letting her think I don't see her add different spices and things. I then tease to guess the ingredients that she added (her special mixtire) we have fun doing this.
-
Many cooks spoil the dinner - I go by that. If someone would attempt to spice my cooking up, I would very politely state that I alone will be responsible for my cooking.
-
Thank them? I would shank them!
-
If anyone started poking around in what I was cooking, they'd pull back a stub!!! ;-)
-
They want extra seasonings? Oh, they'll get extra seasonings alright!! Just not where they might expect them.
-
I'd find that an odd to almost rude behaviour but it's cool.
-
Just pour whatever was in the pan all over them and them crack them over the head with it.
-
Depends if it is a home/special recipe, or from a cookbook or recipe or something. Is it something you make a lot, or something you are experimenting with. Some people don't see the kitchen as a respectful sanctuary.
-
Shake them, and then I probably wouldn't let it go for the whole night.
-
I would say dont do that......It will neutralize the poison that I put in it for you.
-
I don't know. My uncle does stuff like that all the time, like changing the radio station in my car and turning the heat off in my car on cold days and just generally making adjustments to things I am doing. I never get over being surprised by it. I guess if it were anyone else, I might be angry, but he's a good uncle, so I just let him!

1st time: ask that they not do it again and then sshut up & move on!! 2nd time: tell them you'ld like to see their version of the dish as theirs is obviously better. ad don't cook it again. 3rd time: tell them you are not cooking for them again.
