yup like its just the charge going in the battery and straight out again nothing harmfull you can do it with most electronic devices eccept when they're charging for the first time if you do in the future on that battery the charging thingomob will think its full when it gets to the point where you started playing. but after the first charge everything should be perfectly fine to play while it is charging . unless in the instruction manual it says not to. ;)

Yeah I do it all the time, but it wil take longer for the battery to recharge.

Absolutely. I can't speak as to whether this significantly slows the charge time, but it does charge faster than the battery drains. I know this because the "charging" indicator light will often stay on as I'm playing, but the moment I shut it off, so does the amber light. (And yes, I played the DS for nearly the entire time.)

It's perfectly fine if you play the DS while it's charging. It just takes longer to charge. I usually charge my DS before I retire for the night. That way, I can play it the following morning.

Yuppers, its absolutely fine to do so. Obviously it will take alot longer to charge and won't be fully charged until a while after you stop playing on it but yeah its definately ok. I don't think I could cope if I couldn't use it whilst charging cos I'm on mine practically 24/7!!

Yes it is safe. but of course, when a lightning storm comes along, you might want to play without using the charger and just put it in your pocket the way it is. when the storm is done you can recharge it afterward. ;)

yes. Nothing will not effect your game play. Nothing will also happen when you stick the charger into the DS in the middle of game play, except the orange light that turns on to indicate that it is charging.
