  • Love is the refining virtue. It is a lifestyle and not merely a physical or even a emotional connection/attachment. It makes you want to make the most of yourself and your life that you may maximize the life of your beloved. In other words, when you truly love someone, you want to be there always for them, and be there to either thrill, console, comfort, or protect, or all of those as needed. Love is the key to purity.
  • To truly be in love...that just feels soooo nice. You are excited to hear from that person, you look forward to seeing them again, they are on your mind almost constantly. You start to consider how that person feels about things, whether or not they will like something, etc. When you "feel" that...you just know. To be truly loved...totally awesome! You feel safe about everything with that person. :D Great question
  • Well i dont really think that there is words to describe what it feel like....U just know when u are... :)
  • Like I'm high.... literally.. when you're in love, chemicals are produced such as oxytocin, norepinepherine, dopamine. That initial giddiness that comes when we're first falling in love includes a racing heart, flushed skin and sweaty palms. Researchers say this is due to the dopamine, norepinephrine and phenylethylamine we're releasing. Dopamine is thought to be the "pleasure chemical," producing a feeling of bliss. Norepinephrine is similar to adrenaline and produces the racing heart and excitement. According to Helen Fisher, anthropologist and well-known love researcher from Rutgers University, together these two chemicals produce elation, intense energy, sleeplessness, craving, loss of appetite and focused attention. She also says, "The human body releases the cocktail of love rapture only when certain conditions are met and ... men more readily produce it than women, because of their more visual nature."
  • I'll let you know when I find out..
  • It is a weird feeling, sometimes you feel really safe, like you found the love of your life and the next minute you feel so scared that you might lose that person. But its nice to have someone who looks after you and you think like one, its like you are in a fairytale.
  • Like a warm hug that you have around you all the time:)
  • Your heart flips at the sight of them. Your lungs become momentarily paralyzed when they look at you. Your limbs become warm and tingly when they are near. Your tummy does somersaults at the sound of their voice. Your mind races with glorious visions of the possible future with this person, and no one else. You realize you want to be a better person BECAUSE of this person. And the best part - you know they feel the same about you. That's love in a nutshell. :-)
  • Like your on top of the world!!!!! truly a slice Heaven
  • Words cannot describe the feeling.
  • it means different things to different people. It really depends on what you look for in a partner. My fiance makes me feel really safe. He understands me and doesnt take me for granted or make me feel unappreciated. He always gives me the benefit of the doubt and respects my opinions. He knows my moods and lets me be upset when i need it. Stuff like that...
  • Spend some time at Church. You'll see...
  • If it feels anything like the way I feel right now, it sucks. Loving someone and not knowing how they feel that is. Loving someone and them loving you back and knowing it is the greatest I can do anything feeling in the whole world
  • As many previous answerers have already stated, love is a basic human need. To have your needs met, it frees you to achieve, excell and be happy.
  • I have no clue.....I know what unconditional love feels like. The love I get from my daughter and the love I feel for her is undescribable. But as for being in love and vise versa.....I've never had that. Not truly anyway.
  • You feel a lot of weird things, but also feel safe and comfortable. Your face will unconsciously light up when you see your partner.
