I have a Canoscan D1250U2F that I have lost the frame holders for the 35mm film and slide holders. Canon says they no longer make the part. Does anyone have the holders they no longer use.

ON MY SCANNER WHICH IS A VISIONEER 9420 WHEN I GO TO USE IT, IT COMES UP TO SAY "UNLOCK" BEFORE IT WILL PREFORM. HOW DO YOU UNLOCK?
